Hello, It was great to see that the Debian PowerPC packages were ready as part of the official KDE 3.1 release. My housemate has upgraded his old UMAX J700 233 Mhz machine with this release, and it's working great for the most part.
However, Knotify and noatun are crashing a lot because of a missing file, namely: /usr/lib/libx11globalcomm.la Thee ".so" file is there, but not the ".la" counterpart. Anybody have a spare /usr/lib/libx11globalcomm.la lying around or another recommended workaround? Thanks, Mark -- http://mark.stosberg.com/
