-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi,
to solve any password problems with pinentry-qt not coming up, please do rm -rf ~/.qt in your home directory before you log in into X. You may need to adjust your settings in kcontrol again for antialiasing after logging into X again. The problem cause is that the older Qt packages were heavily bad designed and built, and the root cause seems to be the plugins, which for the threaded (libqt-mt) build, which pinentry-qt uses, were installed into /usr/lib/qt3/plugins-mt. Madkiss and I worked for almost 4 weeks in fulltime more or less to restructure the Qt packages to what they are now; fish out any patches that go into qt-copy and only apply those fixes to the debian Qt build that can go in into a qt-3.1 version without adding more function calls for compatibility with other distros; except a 64 bit patch that Trolltech will add for Qt 3.2.
