I'm working on kontact right now but it's a nightmare :-) It basically means to re-work kdepim and kdenetwork and considering that HEAD is all about that so that the kontact stuff is just a HEAD snapshot I think it's probably better to work on the HEAD packaging first and put everything in place there.
