Jabber ist currently not working in CVS and is thus disabled. ICQ actually uses the oscar protocol (They agreed to cooperate with AOL IIRC), but that change is not complete in kopete either (not yet). So if you need either of the two I suggest sticking with 0.6.2 (also in orth's packages).
