In order to use POP filters in KMail, you have to enable them first by
doing the following:
Go to 'Settings'->'Configure KMail'->'Network'->'Receiving'->Your
Mailbox
Then activate 'Filter messages if they are greater than'. Only the
messages that are bigger than the chosen value will get passed to the
POP filter.
