You can edit the file /usr/sbin/update-ms-fonts and find the line with: URLROOTS="http://belnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/ http://easynews.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/ http://twtelecom.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/ http://aleron.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/ http://cesnet.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/ http://switch.dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/corefonts/"; Delete the first URL, it seems that it isn't responding.
