That file does not exist on my system. Is that not a user option?
Copy that file somewhere, make a change in 'file associations' for .html type files, apply them, and then do a diff against the copy and the current profilerc file and see if things have changed.
When you right click on a target URL and select 'open with...'
do you get the items you're trying to automatically associate?
As in, are you sure that the pre-defined associations actually
work when picked manually from the list?
