Joy. OK, sell me on using aptitude exclusively. I've been using apt-get for 2 years on this system and it's worked well enough for me. I don't like aptitude's GUI, so I'll be using it on the command line either way. Why should I use aptitude, and what brakes if I "mix and match"? -- Larry Garfield AIM: LOLG42 [EMAIL PROTECTED] ICQ: 6817012 "If nature has made any one thing less susceptible than all others of exclusive property, it is the action of the thinking power called an idea, which an individual may exclusively possess as long as he keeps it to himself; but the moment it is divulged, it forces itself into the possession of every one, and the receiver cannot dispossess himself of it." -- Thomas Jefferson -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
