If you look at the bug reports against kdevelop3, you might find grave bug #326883 [1]. At the end of it, the submitter says (on Sept 13) that he has uploaded and NMU of kdevelop3 3.2.2-0.1 to the 5-day delayed queue. So, in 3 more days, it should be available.
