I have noticed the 'devices' menu in kstars is missing from kstars, despite
the fact that the kstars manual has a complete chapter regarding the control
of hardware devices. After researching a little bit I found that this is
caused by the fact that kstars apparently is not build to use indi support :
# ldd `which kstars` | grep indi
returns no results.
I also note that the package indi has nothing but some generic documentation
in it. And by searching the upstream kstars-devel mailing list it looks like
the upstream developers have separated indi library development from the
kstars package. However I cannot make out if this is still part of kdeedu.
So I'm wondering if the indi library has disappeared from upstream kdeedu. Or
should I file a bug report on kstars and/or indi?
