in the past, a "Protocols" page existed in kinfocenter, but I cannot find it in my installation. Furthermore, I found information on the web that "kcmshell ioslaveinfo" used to work, but neither does that work for me nor does the output of "kcmshell4 --list" contain information about kioslaves. But you can have a look at the directory "/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kioslave" or check out khelpcenter that displays the information contained in there.
