Thanks for the encouraging information. I would highly appreciate any improvement of kmail2 compared as to it is in jessie, especially through backports. Are there any plans to upload a newer kmail2 into jessie-backports? kmail2 is currently unusable for me. A "Could not create collection" error, maybe 305987, prevents kmail to do the initial sync of disconnected imap. @Martin: Have you tried to build the latest kdepim as debian package (e.g. by copying the debian folder of kdepim as in jessie)? Would be good to have a (temporary) kmail2 solution w/o /usr/local installation. Which packages did you rebuild? I presume akonadi, KDEPIMLIBS, KDEPIM-RUNTIME and KDEPIM? (and not kdelibs soprano strigi nepomuk-core nepomuk-widgets kactivities kde-runtime) best regards, Markus -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [email protected] with a subject of "unsubscribe". Trouble?
