Hello! It contains a fix for bug that Akonadi leaks files in the file_db_data filesystem cache[1]. So if you have the issue that you get more and more and more files over time or even duplicates in there, please update akonadi- server.
I recommend the following procedure: 1) Upgrade to akonadi-server 1.13.0-3 from unstable. Beware that running pure unstable right now may cause some breakage due to incomging Plasma 5 and KF 5 packages. So you may want to stay with test and use pinning to just pull akonadi-server from unstable. 2) akonadictl fsck 3) Move ~/.local/share/akonadi/file_db-lost+found out of the way. According to upstream developers you can safely rm the files in it. 4) Use Akonadi, i.e. KMail and other PIM apps. 5) Check periodically whether you still get any duplicates or still get files endlessly piling up in file_db_data If testing goes well, this might be a candidate fix for Debian stable.
