Small parts of kde 5 arrive to testing, ibnstamlmling through upgrade a bcompletely breaking the environemnt (eg sytem setting cannot set anything more), etc. How can we detect that a package is kde5 in order to NOT upgrade or install it until a complete kde 5 is available in testing ?
Current upgrade path is best way to make users refuse the change, because just doing the upgrades actually breaks everything.
