Yes. When I changed it to i82365 and removed i82365 and orinoco_cs from /etc/modules, everything worked fine in both 2.4 and 2.6.

Is PCIC set to yenta_socket in /etc/default/pcmcia? What if you change

On a side note, I uploaded a new version of pcmcia-cs two days ago which should hopefully set PCIC to i82365 on your hardware. It should at least have made it into the sid_di daily images by now.
