enabling CONFIG_IDEDMA_ONLYDISK

We have tons of reports for broken CDs in the BTS, and I noticed that
unlike the commercial distibution vendors we don't have
CONFIG_IDEDMA_ONLYDISK set ibn our install kernels.  I'd rather play
safe and slow in this case.
