So I've found another system with SMART2 which is being tested now.
1. Step: Another kernel (2.4.27 with ctx-patch) is working ok until doing a mkfs.ext3 on a big drive in /dev/ida/c0d0pxx Original d.o. kernel of stabel is also making oopses. Installed kernel-image-2.4.18-1-686-smp and it worked.
Oops-message/config will follow in an hour or two :-( *recompiling*
2. Step: Will test the original configuration in the next day (when theres a bit more spare-time :-(
