I don't seem to be having any problems with this latest kernel. However as I haven't been able to reproduce that error on the first patched 2.6.11, I can't really be sure.
At this point it looks like all these bugs are fixed, so the bug can probably be closed as soon as these are integrated into the Debian kernel packages.
