Take II. The packages are back up again, as is the ChangeLog. Look for the ones dated 13th April. Unforunately I have one outstanding commit (to 162_drivers-net-via-rhine-irq.diff) and I have not tagged kernel-source as I am having trouble with svn.debian.org - seems the disk is full.
