Source: linux Version: linux-image-4.2.0-1-amd64 Severity: important Networking completely stops working with kernel versions linux-image-4.2.0-1-amd64 and linux-image-4.2.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 on Hyper-V. It's happened with jessie and sid VMs. With the backport version I get this error printed in the console:

Disabling all hardware acceleration in the VM settings had no effect and there was no issues with older versions. -- System Information: Debian Release: 8.2 APT prefers stable-updates APT policy: (500, 'stable-updates'), (500, 'stable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)
