Bug#883425: linux-image-4.14.0-1-amd64: stale Android device entries in Thunar after USB disconnection

Note that USB mass storage devices such as thumb drives are not 
affected: their Thunar entries disappear when they are disconnected.

Note also that the stale Android device entries persist until system 
reboot. Exiting all Thunar instances does not fix.

lsusb does not show the stale entries.
