The security-master -> ftp-master sync happens for all uploads that went via a policy queue (usually embargoed). It doesn't happen for uploads that do not go via a policy queue (LTS). However the NEW queue is a policy queue, so the sync happened even though jessie is no longer maintained on ftp-master. Maybe we need a different criteria to mark packages that should be synced from security-master to ftp-master. Ansgar
