When monitor HP LP2475w enters sleep mode it is not possible to recover to 
normal operations even monitor led switch from orange to green - the screen 
stay black.
Recovery is possible only when cable is removed from video cardr; monitor power 
off switch on back keeps the monitor in same state, but it detects active 
connection to PC.
Issue is same with testing kernel 4.17.* and it seems to be caused by newer FW 
for AMD HW installed few days ago (firmware-amd-graphics 20180825+dfsg-1).
Kernel 4.18 was installed to proof the issue is visible with the latest kernel.
