   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? I crashed the system by switching off the power and then 
booted into linux-image-4.18.0-2-amd64.
   * What was the outcome of this action? It works as before.
   * What outcome did you expect instead? I expected it to work.
