I think this bug report should be reported to the btrfs mailing list upstream. It usually is a combination of non-standard features that cause problems with btrfs. But the upstream devs will be in a better position to confirm that. Just for the record, I haven't seen the issues that you've mentioned, on my box. And I have been running with btrfs since September.
