Bug#935047: pulseaudio: regularly stops producing sound over USB interface

With both pulseaudio 10.0 (and tsched=0) and pulseaudio 12.99.2, the
issue is present when using an USB 3.0 interface, and not present when
using a USB 2.0 port, either »powered« or normal.
