Recent linux kernels (at lease 5.6) requires a new version of the
qlogic firmware. 
qed/qed_init_values_zipped- can be found in the linux
kernel sources; for example here:

  Our current workaround is to manually copy this file, but
we would be pleased if you add it into firmware-qlogic
