I found a fairly reliable way to trigger the crash: I run "aws s3 cp largefile s3://bucket" on a host in the network.
The crash occurs in Linux 5.8.12 without Debian patches. I created a bug report at https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=209407
