Modern TC schedulers in 5.8+ kernels

Kernel 5.8 has ETS and FQ_PIE schedulers disabled:
 
# CONFIG_NET_SCH_FQ_PIE is not set
# CONFIG_NET_SCH_ETS is not set
 
 
Are there good reasons behind this?
