-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA512 Dear Maintainer, I bisected and it appears this commit caused the symptom. https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux.git/commit/?id=0268eed10f12f785a618880920d90ee306fb2a50 I guess before the RTS522A PCI Express Card Reader was preventing the system go into deeper c-state and this change fixed that, but revealed other problems. Reverting the commit fixes the problem by keeping c-state at C6. I'm not sure how to continue investigate this. I'll probably open a upstream bug report.
