Install linux-image-4.18.0-0.bpo.1-amd64 (Debian 9.5) and run LibreOffice (also
from backports), try to find GPG key to use. Stable kernel 4.9 works just fine,
GPG is available.
Actual result: key is not available
Expected result: GPG keys available regardless kernel version
