Hi,
Currently, the /etc/init.d/nfs-kernel-server initscript doesn't check if
rpc.mountd is running, even though it starts it if called with 'start'. I think
the status command should fail if either nfsd or rpc.mountd aren't running.
Would help with monitoring.

We now provide systemd units with one unit per daemon. I think this
satisfies the need for more complete status reporting.
