I have an external screen connected to a usb-c docking station. After
disconnecting and reconnecting the laptop from the docking station,
the external screen does not work any more. (It works before
disconnecting.)

To reproduce:

- boot the laptop without connected to the docking station

- after logging in, connect the docking station, xrandr shows the
  external screen as DisplayPort-4, and

     xrandr --output DisplayPort-4 --auto

switches the external screen on, as expected.

- switch external screen off via xrandr, disconnect the docking station

- connect the docking station again, xrandr shows the screen again as
  connected, as expected

- now, after

     xrandr --output DisplayPort-4 --auto

  xrandr reports the screen as

DisplayPort-4 connected 3840x2160+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y
axis) 621mm x 341mm

i.e., as connected and on, however, the screen stays dark.

When booting 6.0.0-6-amd64 instead of 6.1.0-1-amd64 the screen work
fine after reconnecting the docking station.
