Dear Maintainer, The dm-clone module is not included in the default Debian kernel. This, like dm-cache, is a useful module and it is unfortunate that a custom kernel must be built to obtain it. Please consider enabling this module (CONFIG_DM_CLONE=m) in future Debian kernels.
