Err, obviously i meant initramfs-tools/klibc here, and to stop any flames, this is the current situation, i am not saying that this will (and should) not change in the (near?) future. Still a new libc is clearly more fragile and in need of maturation than any other dependency, especially the perl dependencies of python.
