Yes this is Debian 11

Will dig around, but we have since disable QLX in favor of virtio
(though it is inferior) for stability's sake so it is unlikely I can
provide more debugging information as it is a production environment.
We're also unlikely to upgrade the host for the same reasons, as there
are other VMs on the system that would be impacted by the change.
Hopefully others have seen this issue as well.
