Dear Maintainer,
*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
I was playing on Steam and experiment Crashes in some games.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
Increasing vm.max_map_count to 1048576 solve this issue creating a file in
/etc/sysctl.d to change the value.
This increased value is now by default on Fedora, Archlinux and Ubuntu
* What was the outcome of this action?
Doing this solves the issue.
