There is a (maybe) similar bug report at
https://bugs.debian.org/1106668. I asked the reporter of that bug to
check for a BIOS update and if that doesn't help follow
https://docs.kernel.org/power/basic-pm-debugging.html to debug the
issue. That would be helpful here, too. So can you please check these
and follow up with your findings?
