I've tried to install the same kernel from debian snapshots that the original 
reporter, and I'm pretty sure this is the same bug:As in his case, the last 
kernel to reboot ok is 6.8.12+1The first kernel to fail is 6.9.7+1
It seems the bug was closed but not solved.
