Your card has the PCI id 1102:0010, in commit
https://git.kernel.org/linus/8a19bceef68d8e88c9790868eece76b928a32a16
Conner McAdams (on Cc) added a quirk for that ID, though that seems to
be for a card with a different name.

@Conner: Do you maybe have an idea what could be the culprit here? Find
the full bug report thread at https://bugs.debian.org/1115581 or the
above mentioned bugzilla.
