The file qcom/qdu100/kernel_boot.elf in the source package and in the firmware-qcom-soc binary package is a system image incorporating several components under a copyleft component. Since we don't have the exact corresponding source, this is undistributable. It was removed upstream in release 20260110 by commit acf533d4b3d7. We will probably upload a version 20251125-1 before that, and will need to exclude this file from the orig tarball for that.
