Dear Maintainer,

After a recent package upgrade to kernel version 6.12.88+deb13-amd64 on my
Framework 13 AMD laptop (Ryzen AI 300 Series), Bluetooth completely stopped
working.

When booting into the previous kernel version (6.12.86+deb13-amd64), Bluetooth
initializes perfectly, confirming a regression in the 6.12.88 build.

Running 'sudo dmesg | grep -i blue' under the faulty 6.12.88 kernel shows the
following hardware error:
[ 14.954152] Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to send wmt func ctrl (-22)
[ 14.954161] Bluetooth: hci0: HCI Enhanced Setup Synchronous Connection
command is advertised, but not supported.
