Starting from Linux 7.1, there are not any related event captured by those
command.
Using snapshot.debian.org, I found out that the last working kernel version is
7.0.14-1 while the first not working version is 7.1~rc2-1~exp1.
Following instructions in [1] and using /boot/config-7.0.14+deb14-amd64, a
bisect resulted in:

Subject: [PATCH] platform/x86: asus-laptop: Fix ACPI event handling
The event codes inside asus_keymap[] span a wide range from 0x02
till 0xC5, but using ACPI_DEVICE_NOTIFY prevents us from receiving
event codes below 0x80.
Fix this by using ACPI_ALL_NOTIFY instead.
