Thanks for your report.

Can you please check if this still happens with the newest iterations
of the kernel, both please 7.1.13-1 in unstable and 7.2.3-1~exp1 in
experimental (since we will move 7.2.y soon to unstable).

If you still can reproduce the boot error with two cards in, can you
please report the issue to
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues and then report back
to us the upstream issue reference so we get aware when the issue is
addressed (and mark it forwarded accordingly)?
