I test with  differents kernel (6.10.4, 6.4.3 (bookworm)) the probleme remain 
the same.

The submitter reports the card has been working for about a year on sid
with the stock kernel, and that bluetooth works as well.

I could not reproduce the failure either, on the same PCI ID
(10ec:b851, subsystem 1a3b:6111) with the firmware version named in the
report.
