Hi Eugen,

A while ago you have filed a bug against kernel, stating that it did not restore the essid of the wireless card on resume. I'm pretty sure it's not a kernel bug, since it's responsibility of the userspace handlers to reconfigure the networking and restart needed services properly. Thus the failing part is probably some script which brings up networking after resume, started by one of the ACPI even handlers (such as hibernate, acpid, etc). Please give some more details about your setup so that we can identify the culprit.
