- hooks/kernelextras: Fix comment and add vga16fb too.
- init: Whitespace cleanup, add one more quiet check.

cleanup and add quoting.
- scripts/local: Whitespace cleanup and add a comment.
- scripts/nfs: Use mount with nolock instead of nfsmount.
