Package: linux-image-2.6.16-2-xen-amd64-k8 Version: 2.6.16-17 Followup-For: Bug #373947
I'm having the same problems with an AMD64 X2 processor. I tested the patch referenced in the intial report and it did not work properly for the X2. I wish I had recorded more details, but what I remember is messages saying something about losing ticks and the frequency was stuck at the lowest setting.
