The ABI bump is already there. Now I intend to restrict i386/xen to one
image. All other distributions ship at most two different optimization
levels (redhat have i586 and i686) and even a quick in the gcc source
shows not more differences than k8 vs. intel 64bit and we only build one
for amd64.
