Well I think the goal is eventually to remove the qemu flavour. However,
I am not sure we should remove it now, I would advise to keep both
flavours for some time.

The qemu flavour has been more tested, and also works with the latest
version of QEMU. The Malta flavour mostly works with the latest version
of QEMU, but to get it fully working a CVS version of QEMU is preferred.
